In our last article on 'Alpha Males', we understood that 'Alpha Males' are males who plan their 'work' and 'work' their plans. We said that 'Alpha Males' are mostly at ease with women and can essentially date or marry any woman of their choice.
We believed that “Alpha Males” are good looking, successful in their chosen careers and may have a relatively high socioeconomic status.
We also saw that in a group of boys, alpha males are those boys or group of boys whose activities have announced them to everybody as leaders of their peers.
Right now, right here, we want to examine some of those qualities or traits that make "Alpha Males" to be categorised as such:
An “Alpha Male" knows exactly his destination in life and what he wants to achieve, this makes him to set long and short term goals. He also comes up with plans and allocates time to achieve his set goals. From time to time he reappraises his goals to know the ones that work and where he needs to make necessary adjustments.
An alpha male is not set out to attract women; he is well focused and manages his time very well. He has his goals and ambitions and he works very hard towards achieving those goals. The life he has created for himself will naturally attract women who will one day bear someone children and be financially dependent on them.
An "Alpha Male" knows that time does not wait for anybody and a lost time can never be restored, therefore he utilises his time very productively, he doesn’t want women to waste his time playing mind games. He knows there are exactly 24 hrs in a day and nobody has more than that hence he uses his time very well to achieve his set goals.
A modern "alpha male" does not allow emotions to becloud his vision in life. He knows that talents and hard work can take him to the top but that he needs discipline and great control over his emotions to stay at the top, he knows very well that the life he spent years building can be destroyed in a day if he is not careful, he therefore maintains a proper emotional control.
A real "Alpha Male" rejects failure; he is very persistent and doesn’t give up on his vision. He knows that every set- back is a spring board to a greater success, so he keeps on keeping on. He doesn't allow himself to be discouraged rather he simply reevaluates his approaches and moves on from there. He is constantly improving himself and therefore better prepared to access opportunities when they come, he is on top of his game.
A modern "Alpha Male" is physically strong enough to subdue potential enemies and protect himself and those under him but he doesn't see the need to use his physical strength to do the talking anymore rather he uses his word play ability and negotiation to subdue potential enemies.
Everything we do in life involves some measures of risk, a true "alpha male" will not be afraid to take risk to improve his life but he makes sure that he carries enough research to limit the risk involved. Every business involves some risk and the true "alpha male" knows that to move from one level to another you must at some points stick out your neck hence he plans very well and researches his business before he commits himself.
